Services

If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life.

Chairs

Kitchen chairs and dining chairs are a regular part of what we are called on to do. Tighten loose chair rungs, glue backs and frames, glue split seats, rebuild feet. repair broken legs and, when necessary, re-make missing parts.

Drawers

Chest of drawers often have many problems. The most common are worn drawer sides and/or runners, and loose hardware. We carry miscellaneous hardware and lumber to make these repairs and then we lubricate the sides and runners for easy action.

Chod Lang has been a professional woodworker for more than 30 years and his passion lies in working the wood by hand. In this day and age of hi-tech there's not much call for hand work except . . . when it comes to repairing antiques and fine wood furnishings. The damage we see on wood furniture require solutions that call upon our skills, tools and creativity to execute a fine and functional repair. We are very pleased to have many, many satisfied customers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Have a look at what we've done and call us if we can help you with your furniture problems.

Finish Damage

•The pictures to the right are good examples of the kinds of finish damage we are asked to repair. In some cases, just a good cleaning with elbow grease followed by padding shellac has outstanding results.
•Scented candles and perfume bottles often drip down on dresser tops, "burning" a deep imprint in the finish. Careful filling and wet sanding can have very acceptable results
